The specific scope, deliverables, schedule and pricing of any engagement are defined in a written quote, proposal or agreement. Descriptions on this website are general and do not constitute a binding offer.

Pricing is provided as a custom quote based on project complexity, technical requirements, equipment, software licensing and the requested scope of work. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Third-party equipment and licensing costs may be separate.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems and personnel, and appropriate authorization for work performed on networks and devices. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups before any change is made unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that you own, or are authorized to permit work on, all systems and networks within the scope of an engagement.

Network security is an ongoing process. NexLink cannot guarantee that any network or system will be free from vulnerabilities, incidents or interruptions. Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the engagement.

Engagements may involve third-party hardware, software or services. These are governed by their own terms and warranties. NexLink does not manufacture third-party products and does not claim authorized reseller status unless expressly stated in writing.

Content on this website, including text, design and graphics, is the property of NexLink Technologies LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain ownership of their own data and configurations.

We treat non-public information you share with us for an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business, arising from the use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
